It’s been over a year since my last Independent Adventures blog post which was partly due to a hectic work schedule and partly due to a breakdown in my relationship with my partner. Anyway, work has quietened down and it’s time to move on from the relationship so you can expect a trickle of posts over the next few months.

Despite the work and relationship issues I’ve still found time to travel in the last 12 months with more planned.  Recently I’ve been in Bali and briefly in Bangkok. Before that was Japan, Hong Kong and New Zealand, you can expect one or two posts about these in the next couple of months.

Next January I have another trip to Europe booked. So far it’s flights only but my intention is to have a week skiing in Italy and the rest is still up in the air. I’ll do my best to write about the experience and also possibly a guide to how I booked Emirates first class flights to get me there. Everyone should experience first class at least once in their life.

See you soon
